Sally's Insights - Go inward then upward.

Go inward then upward.

The Winter Solstice has always been a significant time in traditional cultures.

It marks the beginning of winter when the earth draws in, the crops lie dormant, and the year gets ready to be reborn. The shortest day – this year it’s June 22nd – is included in the solstice. Perhaps it’s a good time to take some clues from the earth and go inward.

Reflection is a valuable tool for progress but not one for which we usually make the time. Now that the days are shorter and colder, we can slow down and withdraw. Think about how you would like your  life to be in 10 years time. If you analyse your strengths and weaknesses, could you get there? Would it take a complete overhaul of your habits and traits or just a few tweaks?

I can help you set the short-term goals to achieve what you want. And our consultation will energise and inspire you to make the changes and do the work.

We can also have a consultation to reorganise your folio or website to match your aspirations. Whatever we decide it will help you emerge from winter into an amazing season of growth.
