We all know work will never be the same, even if we don’t yet know all the ways in which it will be different. People have had a taste of more flexibility, greater work/life balance and they are making new choices about where and how they want to work.

While we want to retain the best parts of office culture the trend is towards freeing ourselves from bad habits and inefficient processes, from ineffective meetings and unnecessarily long hours.
